Added standard playing card images. The cards are named according to their suit and rank; e.g., the 6 of hearts would be h6.png. Face cards ared named by their numeric value; e.g., Queen of Spades is s12.png.

There are also several images of card backs; their names begin with 'b1' (blue) and 'b2' (red). There are full card images in both horizontal and vertical, as well as partial images (good for displaying a stack) of both colors, showing the left, right, top or bottom edges.

I was going to add these as part of the game I'm about to commit, but it seemed silly when there could easily be many other card games written in Dabo.
