Description

We should add ticket submission guidelines to get good descriptions in tickets.

I've attached newticket.cs, the page template for the New Ticket page. If someone wants to do the work in editing it to add some specific guidelines along with linking to one or more of the above URL's, I'll get it copied into the trac environment. Thanks in advance!

I don't think that it makes sense to change the new ticket page. I'm more thinking of descriptive wiki page which URL gets added to every mailing list message.
