dLabel.WordWrap on Windows problems

Description

This doesn't seem to be a problem on Mac or Gtk, but on Windows I'm finding that I must set WordWrap? on the dLabel *after* the dLabel has already been added to the sizer. Additionally, I must define an explicit Width for the dLabel.
